A TYPICAL DAY AT COLEGIO PERUANO BRITÁNICO
No two days are ever the same at CPB – thanks to the energy and attention of our talented teachers, our well-designed curriculum, and our stimulating learning spaces.
READY FOR THE DAY!
We begin with fun songs and games – expanding our vocabulary, exploring the weather and days of the week, and talking about what activities we’ll work on today.
SINGING AND WARMING UP
GROUP ACTIVITIES
We break up into small groups for games and interactive activities to explore shapes, numbers, colours, sizes and patterns; and then we rotate groups so we can have different experiences.
EXPLORING AND SENSING
HEALTHY LUNCHBOXES
With our classmates, we open our lunch boxes and discuss what we’ve brought to eat, as well as our knowledge of these foods and why we like to eat them.
CHATTING WITH FRIENDS
MOVEMENT AND RELAXATION
We have fun during different movement activities, as we develop our coordination and learn how to control our bodies. We also learn relaxation techniques with yoga, breathing exercises, and music.
COORDINATING AND BREATHING
EXPLORING SAND AND WATER
Our time outside is fun and engaging, as we play with sand and water to discover the different properties of a solid and a liquid and their interaction.
DISCOVERING THE OUTDOORS
FOOTBALL AND BASKETBALL
We work on our dribbling skills with footballs as well as shooting into nets during basketball. We develop our control of speed with other games and sports, too.

We gather across year groups in our multi-purpose hall around a specific theme, and we share how we have practiced our community values through a presentation, videos, or activities.
COMING TOGETHER
